High healthiness concentration wine: the experience Freewine®
The course gives to wineries' employees the neeed knowledge and methods of the technological platform Freewine. Freewine® is a procedural guideline achieved through a non-binding technical protocol which has the objective to make substantial reductions in the quantity of added sulphites in wines . The protocols and technology platform Freewine® contemplate a production process that allows to reduce considerably , until the elimination , the use of sulfur dioxide and other additives considered as allergens.
The technology platform Freewine® meets production needs of all the phases: receipt of grapes in the wine cellar, during the fermentation process, refining and stabilization of wine up bottling with the guarantee of longevity in bottle.
