ECO-Prowine

Short description:

It is a European project funded under the framework CIP - EcoInnovation. 6 European countries are participating (including Italy). Objective: to promote sustainability in the wine sector through the use of LCA methodology and to create a label for European sustainable viticulture. Social and economic aspects are also taken into account, the latest through the use of Life Cycle Costing methodology. Participation: 105 pilot wineries in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Bulgary, Greece, Austria.
