E-learning course on Sustainability in the Italian wine sector

Short description:

The course is done by teachers belonging to different groups of research and work involved in the project VIVA. The 23 lessons include introductory topics to the concept of sustainability, tools and practices developed in the project for the analysis of sustainability. OpenTEA (Open Training and Education Association) is an e-learning platform that aims to collect and discuss the most efficient and scientifically sound training and communication materials about sustainability in the agro-food sector.
