Short description:

Sustainability is now the driver for the wine market, for communication and for viticultural and oenological production and organizational processes.The conference aims to inform all stakeholders about the state of the art and report, through concrete examples, the evolution of technologies, and of the winemaking organization increasingly - to be competitive - towards a sustainable strategy.At present there are sustainability standards that testify to the companies' commitments. The conference offers the participants of the Festival the opportunity to get to know the reasons for collecting entrepreneurial opportunities.
